The Impreza has only covered 2500 miles from new, and features the boxer's logo embroidered into the headrests.
In case you're not familiar with all the various special edition Imprezas out there (and there are quite a lot!), the 22B is arguably the most special of them all. It wasn't actually a homologation car, however this was the model that contained all the exotic parts Subaru could throw at it. Recognise those wide arches? This was the only road-going Impreza to ever use them, and they were actually inspired by the WRC car - allowing an 80mm wider track.
The standard Impreza flat-four was enlarged to 2.2-litres, with forged pistons and a number of other improvements. Power was officially '276bhp', although it's fair to say that it's considerably higher. Lots of expensive suspension and drivetrain components were also thrown into the mix, making for an exciting and driving experience. Just 400 were built.
