This car was built fresh this year to compete in the 2009 TARGA NEWFOUNDLAND RALLY. The car finished 2nd in class and 13th overall. A bare shell build from the ground up, rally specific, using new performance components. This car is licenced and road legal as required by TARGA rules. 1360cc dynoed at 131 HP.
