Built last year from a 76K road car which had been fully serviced and many new parts (see below) 2 events only - Mercian and Farrington 2010. Selling as I have 2 rally cars (don't ask!)
Y-reg 1.8 GTi in good tidy condition. It has had recent cambelt kit (including tensioners) rear calipers, discs and pads. Tested until April 2011. 77k on the clock. Very strong engine.
Light weight Cobra Imola 2 seats mounted on weld in rail kit and alloy mounts. 3' aircraft buckle Sparco harnesses. Front 10mm alloy Hockley spec quick release guard. Tank - 5mm alloy guard. Evo 6 front and Evo 3 rear suspension, roll bars removed. Wired and relayed with spots. ABS removed and brake lines inside. Fuel lines inside. Rear half cage with strut brace. Stainless cat back exhaust with stainless flexi joint. Sitting on 14' alloys with gravel tyres. Weight removed from interior (sound deadening, air-con removed etc) Oval K & N induction filter with cold air feed. Yellowstuff front pads.
A very clean presentable car with little use. Ready to rally now. These are the car to have for road rallying at the moment as they are strong, reliable and easy to drive as they handle beautifully.
