Ford 2000e gearbox with Tranx straight cut internals, it has molybdenum syncro rings fitted, (very expensive) gearbox is like new, see pictures, this came out of a Mk 1 Lotus Cortina that was used for rallying, we have since converted the car to run in the Appendix K races such as the Silverstone Classic Masters and of course the gearbox would not conform for this! our new gearbox cost us PS3940.00 and this gearbox i'm told was built for a cost of over PS2000.00 after speaking to the original owner who rallied the car very successfully getting a few firsts in historic rally's and hill climbs.
The gear ratios are as follows as far as I can make out. Just had a look at the box, and tried to determine the gear ratios. they appear to be the clos ratio gear as follows:-
1st - 2.5
2nd - 1.660
3rd - 1.220
4th - 1.0
